Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 81750 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 81750 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 81750 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. 81750 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The 81750 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years of age or older only. Registration by individuals under this age is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.

Account Creation & Security

To make full use of 81750's services, users must register and create a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 81750 support team immediately at [email protected].
  • All personal information provided during registration is subject to our Privacy Policy section.
  • 81750 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals.

The identity verification process may require documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the 81750 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. All users must adhere to the following rules:

  • You are not permitted to use any software, bots, automated scripts, or technical tools intended to manipulate the platform's systems or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit system vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Users are not permitted to transfer, sell, or lease their account to any other party.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must use the platform in a manner that does not disrupt the experience of other users.
  • All information provided to 81750 must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

81750 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing an account without prior notice in cases involving fraud or platform security.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 81750 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for understanding all deposit and withdrawal conditions before making any transaction.

Deposits

81750 accepts a range of local deposit methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and Maybank. Deposits are typically credited within 1 to 15 minutes depending on the selected method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours upon completion of account verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. 81750 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification. Where signs of fraudulent activity are detected, 81750 reserves the right to freeze funds and conduct an investigation before authorising any withdrawal.

Transaction Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect amount being credited to your account, 81750 reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice. Users are not entitled to claim any funds credited as a result of a system error.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 81750 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, 81750 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or financial loss.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 81750 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of 81750 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 81750.

Third-Party Links

The 81750 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and 81750 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any third-party website is at the user's own risk, and 81750 accepts no liability for any loss arising from such use.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

81750 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, provision of false information during registration, or at the request of a relevant authority. In the event of confirmed account closure due to a breach of terms, 81750 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account.

Users may also request account closure by contacting the support team. Requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the completion of all pending transactions.

Changes to Terms

81750 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or to the registered email address. The latest update date will be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
